Lead Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Development of lab automation system components or integrated systems
- Technical-lateral leadership of systems engineering disciplines
- Management of external partners, including creation of specifications, review and acceptance of work results
- Technical accountability for systems engineering deliveries, such as requirements, architecture, concept assessments, configuration management or business impact balancing (CoGP, development cost, service cost impact)
- Responsibility for the translation of requirements into the different levels (PRQ, TRQ, USP)
- Responsibility for the identification, evaluation and mitigation of technical project risks
- Expert knowledge in project management
Main qualifications
- Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical-, Mechanical- or Software-Engineering
- Profund experience as lead systems engineer or in a comparable technical leadership position
- Professional experience in and knowledge of relevant processes and methods of systems engineering, especially requirements engineering, architecture definition, V&V
- Experience and ability to lead by influencing and driving decisions in cross-functional, multicultural teams across locations and in cooperation with external partners is strong
- Experience and a proven track record in a regulated environment, preferably in the diagnostics industry or in medical lab automation
- You are a practical and interactive person with Hardware and Software affinity
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
