We are currently looking for a Sales Manager Electro mobility infrastructure (m/w/d) for our oil and gas client

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months (with option for prolongation for 6 months)
Location: Bochum
Volume: full-time
Work mode: Generally remote; for selected occasions on site (in Bochum/ customer location)

Our project client is one of the world's leading international oil and gas companies and is active in 70 countries
on all continents. Bochum is the home of the German gas station brand and the largest administrative location
in Germany. Many business units manage their Europe-wide activities from here.
In the course of further developing the strategic business area "Fleet Electrification" and building up a unique
and comprehensive market proposition, our customer is seeking for an experienced and highly skilled "Interim
EV Sales Manager" to design and advance the electrification business from a "customer and sales lens".

Project purpose:
- EV depot charging use case implementation in Germany

Tasks:
- Contribute to extend our customer's depot charging business in Germany
- Conduct sales of the EV charging infrastructure portfolio by using consultative selling & story-telling
methods
- Support existing customers and sales channels and run consultation sessions
- Prepare customer engagement materials and workshops
- Prepare and submit proposal documents and accountability for order intake
- Full sales process including calculation, preparation, forecasting, processing, execution and
management of high value / complex offers
- Establishing and driving long term relationships with key decision makers
- Creation of potential target customer profiles and market segments
- Identify and develop new sales channels to increase new business opportunities through our
customer's various routes to market
- Close interaction with the "Electrification" and "Fuels Fleet" teams

Skills:
- Completed studies in business administration or informatics or comparable education
- Proven track record in sales of complex technical solutions
- Broad professional experience in the EV charging / EV charging infrastructure space and related
energy management (load management, smart charging, V2G, Microgrid etc.)
- Knowledge of charge point hardware and CP management software
- Experience in the Fleets, Mobility or Electrification B2B business / B2B2C business
- Developing partnerships and joint ventures, contractual and negotiating experience
- Ability to work in flexible and highly commercially focused ways to achieve results
- Excellent design, analysis and synthesis capabilities
- Pronounced "Get-it-done Attitude", i.e. solution, result and implementation orientation
- High communication skills, persuasiveness and binding appearance
- Fluent in German and English
- Experienced in using MS Office suite, Jira, Confluence
