We are urgently recruiting for a skilled Microsoft Teams Support/MS Teams Support Consultant to work on a 12 month contract on a REMOTE basis.

  • Microsoft Teams Support
  • German Speaking is a must
  • MS Teams expertise
  • L2 & L3 Support
  • Incident Management
  • Assist & own the preparation of end user support documentation and knowledge
  • Communicate critical service issues through several channels to notify all levels of support globally
  • Ensure SLAs and ensure availability requirements are met or exceeded
  • Support quality initiatives for continuous service improvement & optimization

      Over 15 years Global Niche IT industry experience, with a particular focus on D365 (Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM), Azure, PowerApps, SharePoint, BI, SQL, .NET and Full Microsoft Stack, Java, J2EE, SAP and Oracle.
