Project Background
Large global IT Infrastructure Carve-Out project.

Primary purpose of the role
• The IT Infrastructure Enterprise Architect is the key point of contact for technical questions regarding the project scope and is responsible for the whole technical solution concept considering all dependencies between the technical streams
• Accountable for the technical Separation Solution of the IT Infrastructure Carve-Out


Key responsibilities
• Covering whole IT-Infrastructure including Datacenter, Network, End-user computing, Client Backoffice, Identity, Service Management
• Develop a technical IT Infrastructure Separation concept based on the Current Mode of Operation (CMO) and an Intermediate or Future Mode of Operation (IMO/FMO)
• Manage and coordinate solution architects from different technical streams
• Consider all dependencies between the technical streams
• Identify improvement potentials of the current architecture, procedures, and current mode of working
• Project Management and Reporting

• Quick adaptation to changing requirements

Qualification / Skill requirements:
• Education in relevant subject area
• Very good overview knowledge about all IT Infrastructure subject areas (Network, Data Center, Identity, End User Computing, Service Management)
• Proven experience as IT Enterprise Architect in comparable IT Transition & Transformation projects (especially Carve-outs, M&As)
• TOGAF certification, Business Process Modelling
• ITIL knowledge
• Very structured working style, able to oversee and solve complex technical challenges
