- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- In charge of collecting material database across all businesses/sites (very decentralized organization), perform quality controls, perform reviews with core team to fix issues/misunderstanding, ensure exhaustivity of the material list/extensions and be the main contact to transform/load materials and stock in S/4.

- Material migration project planning with back and forth completion iteration (ppt)
- Material SAP load in S/4 using project SAP tools (Advanced Data Migration and Migration Cockpit). (business validations)
