Your Skills
- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- ITOM ServiceNow Discovery
- SCCM Discovery
- CSDM
- Service Mapping
- ServiceNow Developer / Impementer certification
- English (must have), German (nice to have)
Your Tasks
- ServiceNow Development
- ServiceNow / CMDB / Discovery Consulting
- After a successful Discovery implementation there however there is a backlog that has to be worked off (new CI Classess, Network devices, Netscaler devices, Cisco devices, Dell Storage arrays, Infoblox instances; Servers are in a wrong state, Oracle configurations not discovered, etc.)
- Work off the backlog of approx. 50 defects / enhancements
