Job Description:
We are looking for a ERP Service Manager, please find the below Roles & Responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Ensure SAP services are provided from ABB in the agreed quality
Monitor KPIs and take actions in case of deviations from agreed SLAs
Coordinate change execution with ABB as the supplier
Be an escalation point for incidents and problems
Be the SPOC for other Energy departments for SAP related topics aside from standard requests and incidents
Validate cost estimates provided by ABB for changes
Ensure ITGC controls are performed by ABB as defined
Validate ITGC control effectiveness as part of ITGC lifecycles
The profile we look for:
5+ years of experience in SAP Service Management
Good SAP technical understanding cross-module
Very good understanding of SOX
Language: Fluent German and English
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Collaborative, constructive and problem solving mindset
