Requirements Engineer (m/w/d)

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab dem 10.01.2022 einen Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis zum 01.06.2022 mit der Option auf Verlängerung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

create, manage and prepare content to match the needs and requirements of specific audiences (devs, ops, rollout manager, market stakeholders,…) using the most suitable technologies (confluence, github,…) and methodologies for that purpose.

Out of partially unstructured information you will create new & refine existing content/documentation for our product like:
- product documentation (e.g. feature descriptions, settings, FAQs, API docs)
- user guides
- configuration guides
- installation guides
- run books
- project documentation
- give trainings on basis of documentation provided to e.g. rollout managers

As member of our product team you will be a crucial part of a team (with POs, Architects, Devs, QAs, SMs, UX/UIs, SREs, analysts etc.) responsible for creating the most luxurious online sales experience in the automotive industry to be used in multiple countries all over the world.


Ihre Anforderungen:

- 3 years as a technical writer
- Proficient in writing software documentation
- Proficient in HTML and Markdown
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, Python, Ruby, Node or other similar languages.
- Experience measuring and testing the success of documentation.
- Self starter, proactively find new ways to improve the documentation and keep learning the best practices.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent written English.
- Communication skills regarding the audiences and the different team members and roles
- team spirit.
- Good self and time management skills.
- Proactivity, adaptability, self paced learner.
- Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies

Background / experience from:
- Software Development and Engineering
- Communication and Language or combination out of both

Nice to have
- Experience creating automated documentation tools
- Experience with large information architecture projects
