The Network Engineer should have the following skills/experience:
- Documentation of changes to network environments in SharePoint
- Good Communication skill (German Speaking)
- ITIL Processes
- Configuration of network or Router ports incl. patching
- ITSM tool IT user operations
- Monitor the devices availability using Network tools
- Create incidents for monitoring alerts/failures
- Update Configuration Management Database
- Hardware replacement Coordination with vendor
- Anomaly detection in the network and initiation of predefined measures
- Service request - New switch configuration offline
- Deconfiguration of ports on network devices (Switches, Routers, DWDM systems, load balancers)
