Trilogy International are partnered with a leading company who have offices across Germany. They have asked us to support them with a freelance SAP Concur consultant position.
The ideal consultant will have the following expertise:
Must have
- Full life cycle and end-to-end SAP Concur implementation experience (ie planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, build, test, deploy etc)
- Deep understanding of SAP Concur and Expense Management business processes (we use Expense Management for travel expenses (mileage, cash) + company corporate card)
- Consulting skills eg communication skills, facilitation skills, planning skills, organisation skills, process improvement, analytical thinking, problem solver -Self-starter, self-managing, hands-on, hands-dirty, flexible, able to have a laugh
- Senior >8-10+ years IT Consulting experience and >3 full life cycle implementations
Your Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and automation, and developing and implementing solutions
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, findings and facilitate decisions
- Writing functional and technical (interface, integration) specifications
- Be well versed in integration technologies and able to build integration from SAP Concur and Finance (SAP ECC or other) where necessary
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful summaries and/or reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of work-packages
