- 7 plus years of experience handing PMO functions (Financial Management, Procurement Management, Resource Management)

•Windows 10, MS Office
•Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint
-Familiarity working with Enterprise tools for “Order to Remittance” (OTR) processes.
-ITIL Process experience.

- Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvements
Area of responsibilities:
Internal Hiring: Working with Talent Planning and deployment team to select internal candidates for various resource requirements.
External Hiring: Working closely with recruitment team to close resource requirements.
Working with procurement team to hire subcontractors - procurement management of human resources.
Collection of timesheets and raising goods receipt notes for subcontractors every month
Onboarding the selected candidate to client's organization and systems and help the resources to secure client provided assets
Estimating, Deal pricing, budgeting (quarterly, monthly) and Invoicing to client
Generating periodic reports for the consumption of senior management.
Contract length: 6 months
