Technical skills (Required - Mandatory):
Strong experience (10-12 years) maintaining and administering AD (Windows 2008R2, 2016) services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology
Maintain and Administer GPOs, OU, resources, group policy management
Managing Multiple Active Directory Sites & Services
Expert understanding and Knowledge of Critical Roles in AD
Customer satisfaction is your focus, accordingly you have a strong service mentality
Particular flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies, scale quickly and adapt situationally to different requirements
Excellent analytical skills and problem solver mentality
Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvements
Area of responsibilities:
Ensure that Service is delivered by adhering to the agreed SLA/KPIs. Define and implement Service Improvement plans.
Oversee Demand management, Incident & Change management, Problem management and Service Level Management activities in the service.
Implement automations in the service resulting in effort and cost savings. Drive continuous service improvements activities in the service.
Support team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situations.
Responsible for technical delivery of Active Directory Administration activities for mission critical production support environments.
Plan and oversee Domain Controller Server patching and upgrade activities.
Contract length: 6 months
