For our customer, a online fashion retailer, we re currently looking for a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) ServiceNow to support in a project.
Volume: 10-20 hours/week
- Takes an advisory role in the configuration and development of the platform
- Does some of the configuration and development of the platform in Servicenow like Updating SLA s
- Counsel for the Functional Lead to ensure ongoing functional alignment during service platform development, as well as the enablement of the cut-over and set-up of operational processes in alignment with the Platform Foundation team
- Is accountable for ensuring that all necessary technical requirements are elicited and collected from the Tech SME during process design and signed-off during testing
- Ensures quality assurance with the focus on end-to-end integration with relevant test systems as well as drives and conducts relevant testing activities
