Role: Network Support Team Lead (L1)Location: Munich, Germany (preferably onsite full time)
Type of contract: freelance
Duration: 6 months (and extendable)
Start Date: ASAP
Language requirement: fluent English and B1/B2 level German
Job Details:
• Provide the first level management support to the L1 and L2 team members.
• Escalation point for team.
• Cisco Certified and good knowledge of LAN / WAN environment.
• Handle and manage Operations effectively; keep a track of all alarms/ tickets/ calls and ensure no escalations within the team.
• Perform process and call audits for team and provide the feedback to the individuals for improvements.
• Help and mentor the team technically, process wise and arrange the trainings for people as required.
• Share the challenges for team and take ownership to resolve them.
• Troubleshoot the issues with team as required.
• Should be able to generate and prepare the reports in excel and powerpoint as required for customer and management.
• Should be able to interface with customer and lead the calls/ meetings along with operations manager.

• Should have good technical and NOC environment
