DevOps Engineer (m/f/d), remote
Dear all,
For our client we are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer (m/f/d).
Tasks:
Support & Contribute cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS
Support in guiding Product Teams for integrating open source tools such as ORT with their respective CI/CD Pipeline(s)
Work collaboratively with Technical Architect to define infrastructure and deployment requirements
Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code
Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools
Administer and troubleshoot Linux based systems
Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
Sound understanding of software life cycle, architecture principles and design fundamentals
Familiar with RESTful APIs and XML to connect external services
Identify and fix bugs to improve performance
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, Code Deploy, CloudFront, S3)
Proficiency in Java and Kotlin (must) languages to write clear, readable, and maintainable code
Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements
Hands on Experience on Docker, CI/CD Pipeline such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Azure Devops, Github
Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration
Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools such as open-source review toolkit (ORT), SW360, Fossology, Tern, scan-code
