Required skills:Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in supporting and maintaining Atlassian products
• Worked in L2/L3 support and maintenance teams of Atlassian / Azure DevOps as services to enterprise
• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to the Atlassian products and coordinate with infrastructure team to resolve the issues (L2 and L3 support)
• Ability to configure workflows, rules, fields and properties
• Perform upgrades, installation of hot fixes, or third party plugins in accordance to the requirements
• Troubleshoot performance issues related to the platform and provide resolution
• User Administration experience in Atlassian stacks
• Resolution of incidents or problem tickets in the Atlassian products
• Manage application life cycle activities like changes to Atlassian infrastructure in cloud, or change in versions etc.
• Technical validation of used components (e.g. framework version) to improve the application and keep all used components up to date
• Identify & Implement & Document Best Practices & how to deploy them
• Implement and maintain interfaces
• Provide Key user support with regards to the Atlassian products (incl. how to questions)
• Coordination with product vendor, or 3rd party plugin providers in case of integration issues within Atlassian stack
• Gathering of business requirements and implement them in the platform as per the enterprise needs
• Continuous improvement and Automation mindset in bringing efficiency
• Manage Life cycle activities for the Atlassian stacks
• Worked with geographically distributed teams
• Provide stand by support in case of P1 issues during out of business hours
• Team management & strong communication skills
Knowledge and experience in below tools is mandatory:
Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Crowd, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Boards, Azure Repos and Pipelines, GitHub Enterprise
Process Knowledge: ITIL & Agile (Mandatory)
Secondary / Preferred skills: Cloud infrastructure, AWS AKS, Azure Kubernetes Containers, knowledge about the monitoring tools
