Overall Experience: - 11+ years of experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows 7, 8.1,10) in IT Infrastructure function.Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Qualifications required:
- Command on ITSM processes.
- Strong ITIL knowledge
- Experience in master scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and streamlining the processes
- Inventory management basics
- Project Management experience – PMP, Agile, Prince 2
- More than 2 years of experience using Service Now.
- Its good to have awareness of latest technologies and trends along with Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Must have the ability to identify and instill industry best practices and Proven Customer Service skills
Languages Known: Fluency in German and English.
Area of responsibilities:
In your role as Lead Consultant, you will be Liaison between the customer, Infosys, and the stake holders for ensuring all dependencies for the projects for the respective operational segments are fulfilled.
You will be responsible for Scheduling, Tracking, Controlling, data analysis and interpretation for evaluating the effectiveness of the processes.
You will work closely with PMO on short/long term IT Project implementations.
You will Work directly with Delivery SPOCs and client Business users on IT requirements
You will ensure the excellent Coordination with 3rd party vendor / contractors on IT System upgrade/break fix /new installations.
In addition, you will Implement Service improvement and Transformation initiatives
