Technical skills (Required)
· Kubernetes/OpenShift administration (Installation, Patching, migration, application on-boarding, SSL certificates deployment, configuring ingress controllers, integrating with load balancers, storage solutions, container registry, CI/CD tools, integrating with identity management tools, integrating with vaults, etc)
· Linux/Unix Administration
· Configuring/administering monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, similar tools) on Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters
· Logging Tools (EFK Stack, similar tools) administration
· Container Native Storage tools (NFS, Gluster FS, PortWorx, Ceph, etc) administration
Language skills: English, German (Optional)
Area of responsibilities
• Would be responsible for Designing and Architecting Highly available Kubernetes clusters on public/private/hybrid cloud , on-premise, including compute, network, load balancer, storage etc as per application requirements.
• Would be responsible for Kubernetes administration activities (Installation, Patching, application on-boarding, SSL certificates deployment, identity providers integration, users RBAC, Migration, 3rd Party tools integration with Kubernetes cluster )
• Should be familiar with developing ansible playbooks or similar for automating Kubernetes related activities and managing them via AWX
• Would be responsible for working in 16X7 shifts and owning engineering activities related to Kubernetes and its eco system
• Should have in depth knowledge on integrating any one of the Container native storage solutions to Kubernetes(Ex: RedHat Gluster FS, Portworx, Ceph, etc..)
