Looking for a new project?Our client is currently looking for an SAP Basis Expert (m/f/d) for a remote project.
Description:- remote 100%
To Support and Update a forward-looking SAP Basis plan in alignment with different Business and IT stakeholders; Manage and Improve Basis processes for SAP applications through development, quality, test, and production environments; Co-ordinate with different teams both in SEP AMS and Project team to ensure all milestones are met; Conduct Readiness Reviews, Milestones reviews and business Go/No Go review; Review action plans and rollback plans; Weekly Incident reporting; Communicate downtime details and schedules to the business as needed; To manage and support project teams; Continually look for making improvements & suggest in the Basis process; Participate and coordinate the Go live activities during production hyper-care windows; Participate in the Supplier meetings to discuss and review Basis scopes and/or roadblocks as needed; To be responsible for Application Life Cycle management and drive cost efficiency from a total cost of ownership perspective; To secure and manage the Technical (Application, Database, OS, Network, H/W) aspects of our SAP environment.
In this role we would like to see a resource who has knowledge in:
SAP/ECC specialized in purchasing configuration
S4 experience will be a plus
Conduct fit/gap analyses to enable implementation of the template solution
Critically evaluate business requirements and turn them into solution
Implementing and documenting the solutions for deployment countries
Transfer knowledge to business end users and business experts
Cross team collaboration and integration
- Experience in SAP BAU Support and Implementation Projects as a Senior SAP Basis Resource.
- Fluent in English is a prerequisite.
- Updated knowledge and understanding of different SAP On-Prem and Cloud Products (S4HANA, EWM, APO, C4C etc.)
- Knowledge and configuration experience in SAP Technical area.
- Good Understanding and working Knowledge of handling technical side of SAP & Related Third-party Software Products.
- Experience of other ERP implementation projects are an advantage
- Flexible and mobile with Proactive mindset
- You have successful experience in interacting with managers and stakeholders to generate commitment and drive for business change
- Proven experience in working in a complex environment managing uncertainty and challenges
- Good resources coordination skills with internal and external stakeholder
- SAP Certified at Netwear / Upgrade / HANA / Activate Methodology, etc will be good to have.
