Overall Experience: 10 - 12 Years of experience Active Directory administration.Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Technical skills (Required)
· Maintain and Administer AD (Windows 2008R2, 2016) services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology
· Maintain and Administer GPOs, OU, resources, group policy management
· Expert understanding and Knowledge of Critical Roles in AD
· Managing/ Administration of DHCP Services, DHCP failover services, DNS, etc
· Supporting the Active Directory Backup and Troubleshooting
· Working knowledge on SSCM and SCOM
· Good scripting knowledge using PowerShell, CLI
Language skills needed: German, English
Area of responsibilities
· Lead a team of 10 -15 members and perform task allocation to the team. Conduct performance appraisals for reporting team members.
· Ensure that Service is delivered by adhering to the agreed SLA/KPIs. Define and implement Service Improvement plans.
· Implement automations in the service resulting in effort and cost savings. Drive continuous service improvements activities in the service.
· Have regular forums to connect with client to discuss on day-to-day operational topics. Conduct Team meetings regularly.
· Engage in problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action.
· Preparation of Shift rosters for L1 team and execute them ensuring smooth 24x7 operations.
