Aufgaben:


We are currently looking for a System Engineer Project Lead for our customer.



Tasks:

+ Analyze and evaluate customer requirements for automotive traction drive systems

+Analyze and specify system requirements for system development

+ Plan and coordinate system activities from project acquisition to production start (SOP)

+ Ensure achieving system design goals and fulfilling customer requirements

+ Model-based traction drive system function development and verification

+ Support functional safety activities in concept and system design phase (FSC, TSC, Safety analysis, etc.)

+ Support system integration (HW, SW, Mech.), system testing and calibration

+ Support validation teams in defining appropriate strategy and planning product validation

+ Analyze technical problems, issues and drive solutions

+ Identify technical risks, develop and create risk mitigation plan

+ Technical contact person related to system development topics

+ Benchmark competitive electric traction drive system design and performance

+ Continuous improvement of development processes in compliance with ASPICE and ISO26262

Anforderungen:


+ Education with diploma/master in power electronic, mechatronic, electric drive engineering or

similar

+ At least 5 years of experience in development of automotive traction drive systems or similar systems with E-Motor (>1kW) and integrated power electronics

+ Experience in specifying system requirements for traction drive systems

+ Experience in realization of control algorithm for electric motors

+ Experience in model-based function development and verification using Matlab/Simulink and rapid prototyping system (e.g. dspace Microautobox)

+ Experience in planning development tasks and coordinating cross-functional teams

+ Good knowledge about requirement management using tool (e.g. Polarion, Doors)

+ Good knowledge about system architectural design and system integration of HW, SW and mechanical components for traction drive systems

+ Good knowledge about system testing and product validation of mechatronic systems

+ Good knowledge about development processes (Automotive SPICE & ISO26262)

+ Well-structured work style, excellent communication skills, results orientated, analytical and problem solving skills

+ Fluent English in speaking and writing
