ODM Topic Support (m/f/x)The role topic support "ODM" will support the business specialists within the operation and optimization of processes and systems in the ODM area. This role will also manage (plan, obtain and detail) technical and professional requirements and ensure the operational quality management (analyze quality reports and derive measure to improve them).
Understanding of End2End contract lifecycles within leasing/finance, strong understanding of captive finance enterprise processes as well as the required documents (before, during after the contract activation), excellent Skills of the MS Office Suite
Responsibilities (excerpt)
Securing operational Go-Live
* Ensuring the operation and optimization of processes and systems relevant for document creation, necessary in the event of deviations from the normal course of the contract
* Define processes and user stories to enable the coverage of ODM needs across the entire contract life-cycle in accordance with respective business specialists
Requirements managements
* Planning, detailing and obtaining technical requirements for the ODM area based on individually identified ODM business needs ; coordinating capacities with provider control
