Aus bisherigen Erfahrungen gehen wir längerfristig von 2-3 Tagen in der Woche onsite/remote aus.
Es muss definitiv keinen Seniorstatus bzw. Projekt Ingenieur sein, muss aber zwingend der englischen Sprache mächtig sein.

Project Management
1. coordinate and schedule onsite operational support responding to End User service interruptions

2. provide local technical project coordination for projects supported by Supplier

3. provide technical support and smart hands services for large meetings, events and broadcasting to include hardware setup and configuration, technical support, streaming capabilities, and cloud services (on behalf of end user coordinated events).

Service Management / Site Smart Hands
escort OEM personnel within company premises to resolve hardware/software issues when needed.
perform problem solving and troubleshooting with respect to Zebra Label Printers, including triage operations for label printing issues, configuration installation (using Zebranet Bridge), troubleshooting network connectivity issues (SAP queues, Unix queues, DNS), equipment repair, EoSL salvage and preventative maintenance.
perform problem solving and troubleshooting with respect to MFD printers, including triage operations for printing and paper jam issues, replacing toner cartridges, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and escorting vendors for break fix repairs.
perform problem solving and troubleshooting with respect to SAP Bar Code Scanners, including USB bar code scanners, MC9200 (rebuild, deploy, salvage), and VS10 (rebuild, deploy, salvage).
perform problem solving and troubleshooting with respect to network and connectivity issues, including wireless connectivity troubleshooting (warehouse drops, user connectivity and connections speed); DNS / IP Address issues (DHCP & Static); Basic Infoblox access / understanding for troubleshooting; Ethernet port / cable testing (confirm viability of a given Ethernet run --use a Fluke tester to confirm route & viability); Fiber testing (confirm viability of a given fiber run -- Use a Fluke tester to confirm route, distance & viability); Ethernet cable patching in comm rooms (activate an ethernet wall port or bypass a bad switch port); re-terminate Ethernet cables with bad ends; and Fortigate support.
perform problem solving and troubleshooting with respect to Data Center/computer room Support, including, as needed, escort vendor technicians for component replacements (replace hard drives, mother boards, etc.); and assist with equipment installations (extra pair of hands during equipment racking, in-DC cabling & testing).
perform problem solving and troubleshooting with respect to Audio / Video Support (if not WREF supported), including troubleshooting equipment connectivity (Ethernet connectivity, racked video & sound systems, etc.); SCALA connectivity support; and video file conversion & distribution.
Managing spares: (i) building MES Spare PC's & manage ‘spares rack’ in data center; and (ii) re-building and temporarily deploying site-owned spare PC’s for special use cases (company survey, unusually large NEI groups, etc.)
Tech Transfer’ build support for less common models, such as Aegex, Panasonic, etc., and working with build teams to improve company standards
Assist automation with OT patching of vendor and company builds (as capability & capacity allows)
Supplier will support printer support including ensuring printers are properly labelled; performing spares swaps and location moves; and network configuration for subnet moves and newly networked printers.
Remote Support Service

15. Supplier will perform remote service for routine work performed on company computer equipment. Service includes remote installation of hardware and software including testing, remote addition of hardware/software/external equipment as well as changes and upgrades.

16. Supplier will provide remote support to End Users at plants, labs & those at sites without deskside support through companies Teamviewer for both laptops and iOS-based mobile devices.

Site specific

SPOC for Technical Services engineering and maintenance teams for power distribution and cooling supply
Coordinate and execute Commroom & Serverroom Validdation
act as Tech maintenance period coordinator to identify and address planned Tech maintenance tasks with business impact to local Maintenance Plant Preparation Team
Coordinate Scripting requests on new applications or newer versions
Infra Support on Business owned IT infrastructure hosted applications (like CCTV, AccessControl, Wallmounted Clocks, etc.)
