Interim HR Reporting Specialist (m/w/d)

Beschreibung

• Responsible for the monthly preparation of the global Personnel Planning Solution for the global monthly HC Forecast. This includes requesting, summarizing and cross checking the required data from various locations as well as updating of the backend tables in SAP BW, loading the process chains and cross checking the data. In alignment and cooperation with IT and Finance department.
• Responsible for the HR contribution to Year-end closing for German locations. Creation of various reports in coordination with HR Business Partners and Finance, taking into account fixed deadlines. Cooperation and support of the external financial auditor who audits and approves the Year-end closing is another part of this responsibility.
• Responsible for creation of Year-end closing related accruals during the year, forecasting of personnel cost payments or other requirements from Finance department. This involves monthly accruals of e.g. paid leave, severance payment, flex time or vacation but also individual reporting requests from Finance on demand.
• Contact person for Ad-hoc Reporting request from HR BPs, Corporate Centers, Finance or other Departments as well as general support of HR Reporting requestors.
• Responsible for recurring reporting requests especially for German locations.
• Responsible contact person for internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

• Confident handling of MS Office programs (esp. PPT and Excel)
• Very good knowledge of SAP BW
• IT background or previous work in an IT interface recommended
• High interest in Finance and HR processes
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German
• Personality: Strong analytical thinking as well as conceptual and consultancy skills Quick comprehension, creativity and a hands-on mentality Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and good communication skills
