Area of responsibilities
§ Strong knowledge on implementing high availability Storage and troubleshooting skills.
§ In-depth experience in performance tuning, plan critical migrations and upgrade activities
§ In Depth experience and upgradation on Fabric is mandatory (Brocade , CISCO)
Installation, Upgradation and Maintenance of Storage environment
§ Coordination with OEM vendors with respect to support cases and license management.
Manage to work with Migration of Data movement between storage Arrays.
Performance tuning and storage optimization as per business needs
Planning and executing restoration and replication of data in coordination between teams
Planning and execution knowledge of Disaster Recovery Management.
Act as a single point of ownership for the customer solution during major critical incidents
Engaging problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action.
Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts,(Good to have Automation skill on SALTSTACK, Ansible, Jenkins.)
