Intuition IT is currently looking for an English-speaking Application security engineer for a 6-month minimum contract in Munich. Remote: Yes (Occasional travel on-site after Covid- 2 times a week/month)
Must be currently eligible and have work rights (no sponsorship is given)
Role: the Application Security Consultant will support one on our client for the Cloud Security Competence Center
Qualifications and experience:
o From 5 to 7 years of experience in similar role;
o Knowledge of SAST - Tools like Checkmarx, and Github Advance Security Palo Alto Cloud Security Posture Management;
o Container Runtime Security Know-How;
o Very good knowledge of Powerpoint;
o Fluent in English; Main Activities:
o Act as internal consultant for all application security topics on all levels;
o Ensure that the standard services fit in the defined cloud security landscape of the internal client;
o Partake in and support application security reviews;
o Perform application security vulnerability management;
o Facilitate and support the preparation of security releases.
o Help the organization evolve its application security functions and services;
o Manage integration with vulnerability check tools such as Static Code Analysis and Dynamic Code Analysis tools;
