YOUR TASKS
• Central coordination and project management
• Conception and development of an overall workflow via Jira
• Implementation of guidelines, standards and processes
• Continuous supervision and optimization of workflows and decision-making processes between central and local activities
• Documentation via Confluence
• Close cooperation with the central PMO and other central units
OUR REQUIREMENTS
• International experience in managing digital projects (ideally digital marketing)
• Outstanding project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong coordination and administrative skills as well as a high affinity in the use of different tools for the coordination and communication of the international project teams
• Setting up and coordinating reporting lines to ensure a structured workflow
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ownership mentality, sociability and communication skills
