Technical skills (Required – Must to have)
Prior Experience in lead large teams and engagement
Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with evidence-based leadership and employee engagement frameworks.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills with knowledge of practice management and administration.
Demonstrated success in change management, teamwork, and matrix management.
Strong coaching and consultative skills.
Expertise in organizational change, strategy, and best practice identification and adoption.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within deadlines.
Language skills needed
English German
Area of responsibilities
Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Managing finances and budgets.
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
