Beschreibung

Key Accountabilities:

• Support Manufacturing 4.0 program by devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data wrangling and collecting with attention to all technical aspects
• Create and enforce policies for effective data engineering rules
• Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
• Monitor and analyze information and data engineering systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
• Support others in the daily use of data engineering systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards


Additional tasks and competencies:

• Fix harmonization rules in accordance to the Digital & Data Science Vision and Strategy
• Any decision with respect to internal procedure
• Responsibility to report risk and difficulties, define remediation plan and request support
• Think Strategically / Act for Change / Commit to Customers
• Cooperate Transversally /Strive for Results / Make Decision


Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Masters is a plus, more than 5 years experience in industry
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, R and Python)
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Expsure to the state of the art cloud architecture solutions, such as AWS etc.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)
• Ability to deliver projects with complex requirements and a strong customer focus



Would be a plus:
• Knowledge of Good Practices of Validation for IT tools
• Data engineering certification (e.g IBM Certified Data Engineer)
