Job Description1. The Application Operation engineer is responsible for the monitoring and remedial activities in support of Production critical and non-critical application.
2. The Monitoring Specialist will provide continuous monitoring and support and perform routine activities for all systems and services.
3. Knowledge of services, techniques and procedures are required, and good communication and collaboration skills are essential for forwarding tickets to responsible teams.
4. In case of specific issue types, reach out to the respective teams in another group to remediate/ restore.
Must Have Skill
1. Experience on any support projects.
2. Flexibility to work 24X7
3. Understands IT support process and experience on any ticketing tool.
4. Basic understanding of SQL DB
5. Experience on Incident and Change management process.
6. Good understanding on MIM process.
7. Experience on Server and Application monitoring tools Knowledge (like: OMI)
8. Trouble shooting on basic application related issues & resolve the same.
9. Ability to handle multiple tickets, prioritize, and manage time effectively
10. Good English written and communication skill
11. Good German written and communication skill

Salary : Upto 350euros per day depending on role and experience
