Für unseren Kunden suchen wir Ihre Expertise in der Leitung eines Active Directory Service Teams:Start: asap
Laufzeit: 31.12.2021 + Option auf Verlängerung
Standort: 100% Remote
Aufgaben:Die Projektsprachen sind Englisch und Deutsch, Profile werden in englischer Sprache benötigt.
- Manage the ADS team responsible for Active Directory and Server Manage-ment across locations
- Monitor SLA and KPI’s for the team and publish the reports to client and in-ternal management
- Identify and implement service Improvement plans for the team
- Perform Trend analysis
- Customer stakeholder management
- Coordinate with other IT teams for any project/activity/incident
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server
- Knowledge on Active Directory Installation, implementation and hands On Experience on Active Directory operations
- Must have design Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Sites, Trusts, DNS and DHCP
- Expert in Windows Servers (Windows )
- Must have at least 5 years of good knowledge and working experience with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports
- Must have at least five years of working experience in ITSM tools and ServiceNow
- Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tool
- Autonomous in performing multiple tasks at the same time in-dependently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical skills (Nice to have):
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Knowledge on generating dashboards and reports. Must have good knowledge in Excel and PPT
