- Provide trainings to BMT SMEs
- Establish processes (SOPs & templates) and building up an overall system together with BMT SMEs
- Support BMT SMEs in writing SOPs & templates for the areas/topics below:
- Supplier evaluation
- Supplier classification
- Supplier release
- Supplier quality agreement
- Supplier monitoring
3 days on-site and 2 days remote
