Network Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsible for planning, building, and running one or more global network security services
- The current implementation of NAC will be your main focus
- You will be end-to-end responsible for the NAC solution, establish a proactive monitoring and policy lifecycle management process for NAC policies
- Roadmap definition, solution design, implementation, and third-level operations & incident/problem management
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Security or Engineering. Master or PhD are an advantage
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in designing and managing enterprise-wide access networks, with experience in Network Access Control and strong knowledge in at least two of the following: 802.1X authentication, SD-WAN, LAN (Aruba or CISCO stack)
- A strong security mindset and understanding of network security best practices, standards and processes
- Strong analytical skills with an affinity for IT technologies including in-depth understanding of standard networking and security protocols
- Ability to thoroughly analyze, handle and escalate security incidents
- Excitement for new technologies, great learning ability & willingness
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and team skills in an international environment
- Fluent in English (verbally and written)
