- Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced localisation specialist (m/f/d) for the translation and adaptation of voice assistants (so-called PhoneBots and Chatbots) for high-quality and natural customer interaction for the Spanish market.

Main tasks:
- Adaptation of English or German dialogues into European Spanish Consideration of special features of the Spanish language in our language assistance dialogues (e.g. form of address, customer mood, idioms, humour)
- Test and document the user experience within automated customer dialogues
- Identify and implement quality improvements within automated customer dialogues
- Partial processing of customer dialogues within dialogue management software (low or no-code development of voice assistants)
Main qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Spanish at native level plus fluency in English and German
- Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish
- Ability to translate high quality English or German dialogues into European Spanish
- Enthusiasm for working on digital initiatives and enjoy doing low to no-code development
