Technical skills (Required – Must to have)

JD for MPS:

1. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in MPS and printing troubleshooting skills

2. Should know any one of Managed print solutions (Docuform Mercury, Kofax Equitrac,Follow2Print, Lexmark DDS, LRS Cirrato, Ricoh Streamline, Canon Uniflow, Formscape etc)

3. Hands on experience on HP, Xerox, Cannon or Lexmark printers troubleshooting

4. Scan to email, Scan to folder, scan to fax in MDF printers functionalities

5. Managing print servers, Print Queue Management, workflow

6. Knowledge on windows skills like AD, Windows Domain,

7. Printer Driver Management

8. Printer Firmware Management

9. Printers Fleet Management

10. Consumables Management

Languages skills needed:

Mandatory - German(Atleast b1)
English

Salary: Upto 420euros per day depending on role and experience
