Our client, a digital advertising company, is looking for an Senior Kubernetes Engineer (f/m/d) on a freelance basis.Duration: 01.07.2021 – 30.09.2021 (Possibility to extend the contract until December 2021)
Working Days: if extended until December 2021)
Location: remote
Availability: 100% Fulltime – 5 Days / Week

Tasks
Rollout (through ArgoCD) and integration of Kubeflow into Enterprise cloud environment (AWS)
Adjustment of existing Terraform code base based on customers AWS requirements
Testing and bug fixing
CRD development
Support with implementation of RBAC
Implementation of customizations in existing platform code
Must-Have:
You have extensive Kubernetes development and/or administration experience.
You know your way around setting up Cloud Architectures (AWS preferred, official certification a plus).
You have experience developing Infrastructure as Code (e.g Terraform, CloudFormation).
You are a good programmer and know how to ship Production-Grade Software (in at least one of Go, Python, Java or Scala).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working with service meshes (e.g. Istio).
Experience with Kubeflow, either in setting it up and administering the ecosystem or in creating End-to-End MLOps process using its various tools.
CI/CD and GitOps experience (preferable GitLab / ArgoCD).
