- Take ownership of complex changes, incidents and problem solving (L3)
- Lead root cause analysis for complex problems
- Implement and define performance improvement actions
- Work as an escalation point of contact on urgent matters
- Cross-functional collaboration on various IT matters with e.g. Legal, service providers and other stakeholders
Your profile
- Experience in implementation and operations with Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN and other current technologies
- Good knowledge in network design changes (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi/DC LAN/Firewalls)
- Certifications in Cisco, Palo Alto, zScaler or similar desired
- A customer friendly and communicative mindset
- Very good English skills
