Overall Experience (in yrs.): 6 + Yrs.

Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Language: English

Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)

Has implementation experience and certification on Servity ( Service Management tool )

Has knowledge on Java , UI scripting ; customization

Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)

Service Now Implementation experience with best practices - ITIL V3, ITIL V4 preferred

Language skills needed

Area of responsibilities

· Guide the development team members on Servity related aspects & implementation activities

· Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of configuration data and develop technical specifications and solutions

· Work with systems managers to ensure that the Discovery tool has the appropriate access and permissions to capture configuration information

· Provide visibility to the performance and issues related to Servity

· Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects to understand IT technology strategy that guide which requirements need to be gathered

· Participate in Configuration Management meetings

Contract length: 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: 400.00€ - 450.00€ per day depending on role and experience
