Role: System Engineer SW (Focus Tracking Systems, Production Logistics)Location: Regensburg, Germany
Type of Contract: Permanent Unlimited Contract (Festanstellung)
Language requirement: Fluent German speaking is mandatory
Your Responsibilities:
• Concept and creation of logistic production flows, including the associated data models and interfaces
• Integration of production systems via a logistics route, including the necessary master and transaction data in a big data environment
• Support and enhancement of the existing MES environment plus connected IT applications (e.g. shop floor control and logistic satellite systems)
• Definition, implementation and support of manufacturing operation systems (MES, material tracking, lot routing and tracking)
• Creation and implementation of concepts for target processes and data structures as well as implementation through testing, provision and introduction of software together with users in production
• Support of productivity and technology projects in production
• Safeguarding operational readiness through prompt elimination of complex data errors, including root cause analysis and optimization of internal processes
Job Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor / Master computer science, electrical engineering, microsystems engineering with a focus on IT or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge in TIBCO EMS middleware
• Experience in semiconductor domain
• Basic knowledge of big data technologies is an advantage
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Fluent in German, spoken and written
