Your Role and Responsibilities:
As OS Image/BuildL3, you are responsible to Design & Build Operating System SOE (Gold image). You must have Expertise in OSD to develop gold image for Client & Server OS (Win10/Servers) and deploy as per client requirement. You should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.

• Providing SME support to the SCCM OSD environment, which interacts with the Windows server platform and end user windows 10 platform, which consists of the following component.
• SCCM /CB Version 1902, 1906, 1910, 2002
• OS imaging (Windows 10/Servers)
- Build capturing
- Build Provisioning ( Locale/regional settings, time zone, naming etc.)
- Managing Boot Images
- Build testing
- Driver compatibility
- Application compatibility
- OS Hardening
- Hardware Benchmarking
- Monthly maintenance (Offline patching etc)
- Build Servicing
• In Depth knowledge on Imaging and maintenance tool i.e. DISM/ImageX/MDT
• Windows 10 servicing model
• OSD deployment for Modern Device management solution via CMG, CDP, Co-management – TS over cloud/Autopilot.
• Deployment of imaging, packaging & deployment in WVD/Citrix environment.
• Scripting languages like VB & Power shell
• Azure cloud knowledge of these platform deployments.
Task sequence
• Perform SME roll, installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning, architect level of support.
• Owns & maintain compliance level of the environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
• Minimum 7+ years in SCCM platform
• Strong Knowledge in OSD.
• Prior SME experience in SCCM, windows, AD Server Support, designing, troubleshooting.
• Ability to interface with customer technical teams and percolate it down to the technical delivery teams.
• Validated expertise to Update/upgrade OS by requests and all related works and reporting packages update for the production servers
• Willingness to Cover on-call / Standby on rotation. Managing ticket queues for Incidents / Service requests & Changes
