Senior Business Analyst- Starting ASAP
- Until end of Juli and most likely to be prolonged until September
- 4-5 days a week
Profil/ Is this you?
- You have 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience and ideally, 2+ years in management or tech consulting, or comparable engagement with project experience.
- You have experience with a service centered IT organization
- You have experience with chargeback solutions and the conceptual ideas behind it
- You have experience with setting up a contract framework to enable group-wide recharging
- You have experience in the Business Analyst role across all stages of the project lifecycle, across multiple business domains and/or organizations.
- You have experience in Business Analysis covering a broad range of analysis tools and techniques. You are able to build business cases.
- You feel comfortable in an agile environment. Maybe you already have made the experience as a product owner. You can take a product-centric point of view.
- You know how to think entrepreneurial including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
- You have a sharp and analytical mind and a good understanding of business processes, to design and build them for real.
- You can self-direct and manage priorities, you are able to handle issues that are not well-defined and/or conflict with available information or goal conflicts.
- You are able to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with teammates. You can build up trustful relationships.
- You have solid interpersonal and communication skills with professional staff, senior-level executives, and the community at large. You are fluent in German and English, written and verbal.
- You have data analytic skills including database architecture, data analysis, and reporting.
- You are skilled in building effective visual presentations.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Power Platform or Google Suite especially with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- You master process analysis tools like Signavio or similar.
- You are familiar with collaboration and agile project management tools like Miro, MS Teams, Slack

• Define concept for operating model services offered and support the implementation of the operating model with clear SLAs in place with each participating entity which governs service provision and quality.
• Unified recharging model across the major technology entities to achieve a common approach to the business, a cost-by-cause (cost-plus) principle in recharging and a common approach for a global management team. To set up an efficient taxation model along with the establishment of the ‘NewCo’.
• Contract other entities. In addition, define the operational processes and SLA’s for Group Services.
• Define concept for reporting model fand support implementation of the reporting model.
Your responsibility in the project would be:
- Working on business cases, feasibility studies, and data-driven insights.
- Eliciting, reviewing, defining, managing, and documenting business requirements.
- Exploring, and documenting the ‘as-is’ and, designing ‘to be’ business processes.
- Manage own activities and work with team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
- Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
- Managing the performance of Business Analysts through effective objective setting and conducting engagement reviews.
- Contributing towards the development and delivery of appropriate training.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing.
- Project management activities and post project reviews.
- Lead workstreams or small projects, working to creatively solve complex technical and business problems that in the end drive real business value.
- Conduct rapid process review projects and implement long-term improvement programs.
- Use knowledge of data analytics to increase client impact and grow your career.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to understand the business problem, work it through, and present analytic solutions to the client.
