Infrastructure Analyst (f/m/d)
Task
• Hardware exchange in two data centres, HP Server, VMware, Netapp, network
• Citrix release upgrade, define and apply Citrix security measures
• Define and implement security on network folders and files
• Windows Server upgrade & patching, Incident management for Windows servers / applications
• Conduct the windows server administration including the patching based on central recommendations and managing the active directory & policies, Active directory group adoptions
• VLAN separation of applications
• Extend hardware and application monitoring, data collection
• Analysis of identified vulnerabilities and closing of those by patching or other measures
• Optional: IBM Power 7 upgrade / virtualization evaluation
Skills
• Strong experience in a data centre or technical administration role with windows environments on virtual servers & bare metal, patching and networking administration
• Excellent Citrix know how regarding operation and securing the environments
• Excellent VMware, Netapp know how
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux and WSUS / SCCM
• Good understanding network architecture & technology, backup approaches and PKI infrastructure.
• Understanding SQL Server would be advantageous
• Understanding of IT compliance and security would be advantageous
• Analysis skills and ability to prioritise and manage own time
• Highly positive, self-driven and motivated, able to work alone or as part of a busy team, demonstrable willingness to assist colleagues and support team members in achieving goals and objectives
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Start: ASAP
Duration: 30.09.2021
Capacity: 4-5 days a week
Location: up to 100 % Remote, maybe some days onside in Munich or UK
