A minimum of 5 years exposure to Citrix ZenApp and associated infrastructure management toolsets at a senior level is expected and being able to collaborate and assist all members of the support team to manage all the infrastructure is essential in a challenging, rewarding and constantly developing environment
Essential Technical Skills:
• Citrix XenApp 7.x, 6.5 – PVS, DDC, Storefront, Studio, Director
• Citrix XenDesktop 7.x
• Citrix Profile Management (UPM and WEM)
• NetScaler ADC - VPX
• Windows Server Support
• Core Windows Services – AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, DFS-R, Clustering
• Hyper-V
• Powershell
Desirable Technical Skills:
• System Centre Suite 2016 (SC-VMM, SCOM, SCCM and SCORCH)
• Host Guardian Services
• Netbackup
• Windows 7 / 10 Desktop Support
• SEP
• Netbackup
• CyberArk
OS Knowledge:
• Windows Server
• Windows 7 and 10 Desktop
Day to day duties and activities:
• Part of the wider infrastructure support team
• Deal with all monitoring alerts, incidents, requests, problems and changes
• Out of hours support on a rota basis
• Regular security patching, vulnerability management and maintenance activities
