Job Description:1. Strong HANA Development experience in Calculation views, CDS views and SQL Stored procedures
2. Worked on 2 full cycle of HANA implementation as HANA developer
3. Knowledge on Delivery units and ways of Transporting the DUs.
4. Ability to analyze the performance of HANA models and suggest the performance optimization techniques
6. Experience in following best practices and standards for HANA model development
7. SAP BW on HANA basic understanding
Detail responsibilities:
• Strong SAP HANA Development experience is a must.
• Ability to describe/document/design basic data model concepts in SAP HANA.
• Ability to articulate common ETL desig BW / HANAns and describe their pro’s/con’s (kill & fill, Delta loads, Realtime data pipeline loads)
• Familiar with common DW concepts (and associated design considerations), such as Slowly Changing Dimensions, Large Volume Table design/maintenance, Data Retention Policy impacts on DW object design)
• Strong experience with SQL for data management using stored procedures
• Experience with performance optimization techniques specifically related to HANA data models
• Knowledge of/Experience of SLT or other Data Provisioning Techniques is a must.
• Ability to understand current data models in BW (including ABAP enhancements) to re-build them using Native HANA.
• Proficient in SAP data extraction tools viz., SLT, BW, Flat files, etc.
• Strong experience in HANA SQL/PLSQL for handling various data staging and cleansing activities without compromising performance.
• Familiarity / exposure to HANA 2.0 features, migration is nice-to have
• Good to have hands on experience on reporting tools viz., Power BI, BOBJ, Tableau.
• Knowledge on different functional areas viz., SAP SCM, Sales, FI.
