- Conceptual setup of the data migration strategy and strategic Alignment
- Usage of Methods, Processes and Best Practices for Data Migration
- Coordination of activities, and steering of data stewards
- Modelling of Data, Analysis of Data and Administration of Data Bases in support
of concept and delivery of test data for system- and software tests.
- Participation in delivery of test strategy and identification of relevant test data for
the specific test scenarios
- Implementation of processes relevant for migration and monitoring of results
in the context of the one SAP program
- Clarification of data related questions between one SAP and User Departments
- Creation of transparency through process description and determination of Migrations-KPI
- Additional Contact Partner for migration related topics during the deployment phase.
- Implementation of process for data migration and migration planning
- Establish and execute processes to monitor the migration within the Program
