Primary purpose of the role• The Global Solution Architect – Identity / O365 (m/f/d) is responsible for the overall technical solution of User Identity within an IT Infrastructure Carve-Out project
• He is responsible for the technical solution Design and Implementation
Key responsibilities
• Requirements management
• Requirements recording
• Cross-project responsibility
• Technical dependency management
• Regular reports to the project manager and Program Management over Technical conception
• Consolidation of requirements
• Creation of specialist concepts based on the requirements
• Implementation and Creation of PoC, Test Phases and rollout plan according to Project Milestones (together with Senior PM).
• Technical support to the Team in creating processes
• Working Closely with the Senior Project Manager responsible for the Identity/O365 Tower.
Key challenges
• Quickly get understanding of the whole network architecture
• “Ability to read the crystal ball”
Key relationships
• Provides updates to: Senior Project Manager, Program Management and Customer.
• Counterparts are: Customer Global Solution Architect for Identity/O365
• Communicates on regular basis with (in addition to the above):
• Regular meetings: Daily Standup, Regional Alignment Call, technical meetings.
Qualifications
• at least 8 years of experience in Identity Projects
• at least 2 years project management experience
• responsible for the Technical Team and the reports overall
• Experience with enterprise customers
• Very good knowledge of German (business fluent, spoken and written)
• Good written and spoken English language skills
Technical Expertise
• Preferred a university degree or a similar education, solid technical qualifications, business consulting
• Broad technical understanding within Microsoft 365 architecture
