Our client in the service industry is looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) for an FSM implementation Industrial France with international involvement where the goal is to optimize Scheduling and dispatching Processes.Start:
End: Q1 2022
Location: Paris/ Stuttgart/ Remote
Workload: 3-5 days per week
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support Project Setup, with best practices and expect knowledge on FSM projects, to focus on the most profitable scope
- Orchestra FSM Project with French local business, with international colleagues of Service Division Corporate IT, the IT service provider and the software vendor
- In this role, you are defining the scope and timeline, clarifying business cases, planning the resources, setting up project governances, and obtaining the project approval in in coordination with the SteeCo
- Identifying the important business capabilities in workshops with service managers in regions and IT for a vendor selection quicker and based on better arguments e.g.
FSM Service Blueprints, for Process, Data & Functional Blueprint
- You ensure ongoing stakeholder commitment as well as validity of objectives and
business case and Control and monitor to ensure milestones achievement

Qualification:
- Multiple years of work experience (+5 years) in IT project management
- Experience in managing cross-business-unit programs/projects as well as good knowledge of classic and agile project methods
- Experience in implementation of Field Service Management solutions & can advise
for project setup phase with best practice in focusing on the right topics impartially
- Experience with SAP / SF
- Proven ability to work cross-team and to manage multiple stakeholder needs/expectations
- Good French and English language skill is required
- International experience and high level of intercultural awareness

- Experience with Planview
- Knowledge in integration SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Integration layer
