LCA / Automation engineer –• Industrial engineering exposure is must
• Capable of defining the automation requirement to reduce manual efforts. Exposure to low cost automation
• Experience to design of fixtures, work holding devices and assembly fixtures. Experience in mould design will be added advantage
• Defining the manufacturing process to developed moulds and sample parts / Prototype inhouse with available machinery.
• Exposure to sample part production.
• Exposure to 3D printing technology is must for development of tooling / samples / equipment
• exposure to 3D cad, GD&T and fixture / Mould calibration
