To support our client we are actually looking for a SQA Lead Engineer (m/w/d) in Mannheim/remote:Your Tasks and responsibilities in this project:
Collect KPIs from Analyst
Identify and prioritize issues
Initiate and follow-up Root Cause Analysis with Quality Engineers of affected projects
Define resulting actions and address them at the right Quality Engineering, CoEs and Development teams, follow-up
Address any action resulting from issues in quality assurance (process adherence and document checking)
Escalate any lack of required support to progress on quality improvement actions
Weekly and monthly senior management reporting toward affected projects and organization
Your profile:
university in software engineering
several years of professional experience in comparable positions
deepl knowledge in software quality assurance
Experinece in rail vehicle industry is an advantage
analytical and acurate work style as well as result-orientation
