Description:
- Advice and introduction of industry-specific and technological know-how in the sales process, the business plan and in complex customer projects in the ServiceNow environment
- Requirements analysis regarding the technical design and implementation with ServiceNow
- Development and review of architecture concepts for ServiceNow product and project solutions
- Advising ServiceNow customers on the specification of solutions
- Creation of business cases and support with market entry strategies and business partner evaluation

Skills (must have):
-IPMA, PMP, ITIL Expert (eine der Zertifizierungen ist ausreichend)
-Servicenow
-ITSM
